To a bowl add chicken breasts, toss in olive oil and seasonings. Sear in a pan or place on a grill and cook each side for 6-7 minutes (depending on thickness), or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Let rest, then cut into cubes.
Boil your pasta according to the package. While boiling, prepare the other salad ingredients.
To a large bowl add the cooked pasta, cucumber, tomato, red onion, olives, feta, dill and grilled chicken.
Make dressing by combining all ingredients, then pour over pasta and toss well. Adjust seasoning as needed.
