Creamy Parmesan Chicken Orzo
  1. To start add your chicken breasts to a bowl along with your oil, paprika, garlic granules and a hefty pinch of salt and pepper; mix until the chicken is well coated then pop into the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes at 190c, or until fully cooked through.

  2. While the chicken is cooking spray a pan really well with some olive oil spray and add in your onion & a pinch of salt; allow to cook over a medium heat for around 6 to 8 minutes or until softened.

  3. Next add in your garlic, cook for a couple of minutes before adding in your orzo & stock; stir well then pop on a lid and allow to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally so the orzo doesn’t stick. (If it gets a little dry before the pasta is tender, just add a dash of water.)

  4. When the orzo is cooked add in your cream and Parmesan, stir well, then add in your cooked chicken (cut into cubes).

  5. Mix the chicken into the orzo, top with some extra parmesan and fresh basil - then dive on in.
