Banana Protein Waffles
  1. Begin by preheating your waffle iron.

  2. In a blender, add the banana, oats, protein powder, liquid egg whites, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Blend for 20 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and blended well.

  3. Add chocolate chips and spray the waffle iron well with olive oil or avocado oil spray. Add about ½ cup batter to the waffle iron at a time depending on the size of your waffle iron.

  4. Let the waffles cook until the waffle iron timer goes off and the waffles are golden brown.
