Keto Coffee Cake Muffins
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a 12 cup muffin pan with liners. Spray the inside of the liners with cooking spray.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, salt, sweetener and cinnamon.

  3. Now add in the beaten eggs, greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

  4. Scoop the batter into the muffin cups evenly using a large scoop.

  5. In a small bowl combine the ingredients for the topping. Top each coffee cake muffin evenly with topping.

  6. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve.
