Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt together in a medium bowl and mix until smooth and well combined.
Add chocolate chips and stir to incorporate.
Transfer to a parchment paper lined 8x8 pan and use a spatula or back of a spoon to smooth out to the edges.
Top with extra chocolate chips and flaky sea salt.
Place in freezer to set, about 1-2 hours.
Remove, let thaw for a few minutes, and enjoy!
Store in freezer.
