No-bake Cookie Dough Fudge
  1. Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt together in a medium bowl and mix until smooth and well combined.

  2. Add chocolate chips and stir to incorporate.

  3. Transfer to a parchment paper lined 8x8 pan and use a spatula or back of a spoon to smooth out to the edges.

  4. Top with extra chocolate chips and flaky sea salt.

  5. Place in freezer to set, about 1-2 hours.

  6. Remove, let thaw for a few minutes, and enjoy!

  7. Store in freezer.
