Chocolate Egg Protein Shake
  1. Blend together all of the ingredients in a blender

  2. Start with 3 tablespoons cocoa powder first then taste it

  3. If you can smell or taste the egg a bit add another ½ tbsp cocoa powder

  4. Refrigerate for two hours and enjoy
