Cook beans butter beans according to package directions.
Add olive oil, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes to a large skillet with tall sides. Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until garlic is fragrant.
Stir in the coconut milk, vegetable broth, parmesan, Italian seasoning, chili flakes. Bring to a simmer.
Add the beans and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until beans are heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil to serve.
