Butter Cookies
  1. Cream softened butter with icing sugar until fluffy.

  2. Add egg white and vanilla essence, mix well.

  3. Gently fold in flour and milk to form a soft dough.

  4. Pipe cookies onto lined baking sheet.

  5. Dot each with red jam.

  6. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 mins until lightly golden.

  7. Cool on wire rack and enjoy!
