  1. Saute the ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, spring onions, jalapeños and the chopped tomatoes.

  2. Add the mince, chaat masala, turmeric, garam masala, salt to taste and coriander. Cook for 5-6 minutes on a low flame.

  3. Finally stuff the paratha using the keema filling and add cheese. Pan fry till crispy and golden on both sides.
