Backyard Smash Burger Bowls
  1. Cook 4 lbs ground beef in crockpot with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt

  2. Cook 1½ lbs baby gold potatoes until tender

  3. Cook 10 oz beef bacon until crispy and chop into pieces

  4. Prepare burger sauce by mixing 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, and 3 tbsp pickle juice

  5. Assemble bowls by layering seasoned beef, potatoes, crispy bacon, diced pickles, red onion, and jalapeños

  6. Top with melted cheddar and mozzarella cheese

  7. Drizzle with burger sauce

  8. Divide into 8 meal prep containers for the week
