Broccoli Slaw
  1. Trim broccoli and cut it into large chunks.

  2. Feed the broccoli through a food processor's slicing blade, use a mandoline to cut it into thin slices, or chop it into smaller pieces.

  3. Toss the sliced broccoli with the almonds, cranberries, and red onion in a large bowl.

  4. Whisk the dressing ingredients in a smaller bowl with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  5. Pour the dressing over the broccoli and toss well.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Keep in the fridge for up to a week.
