Chocolate Tofu Mousse
  1. Melt 180g of dark chocolate

  2. Combine melted dark chocolate, 600g silken tofu, 32g peanut butter, 80g maple syrup, a drop of vanilla extract, and a bit of salt

  3. Blend or whip the mixture until rich, decadent and perfectly whipped

  4. Pour into containers

  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours

  6. Serve chilled
