Pita (Πίτα)
  1. Mix water, yeast and sugar, wait for 15 min

  2. Mix flour and salt, carefully add the yeast mixture

  3. Drizzle in olive oil and combine fully, knead for 5 min

  4. Let dough rise for 30 min

  5. Split dough in 8 pieces, roll flat round pita

  6. Add olive oil to a pre-heated pan and bake each pita for 2 min per side
