Moroccan Ground Beef Stew
Buttered Couscous
Brown and crumble beef. Add onion and garlic. Sauté 4-5 minutes.
Add flour and spices. Stir 1 minute.
Add tomato paste, beef bouillon, and beef stock. Simmer 10 minutes to thicken.
Add chickpeas and brown sugar. Simmer 2 minutes.
Stir in cilantro. Serve with couscous and thinned yogurt with lemon.
Boil water, add salt and butter.
Stir in couscous, remove from heat, cover, let sit 5 minutes.
