In a bowl, combine 2 cups GF cracker mix with ⅓ cup olive oil or melted butter.
Add ½ cup water (may need an extra tablespoon since GF flours are thirstier).
Stir into dough, roll out thin between parchment sheets (¼ inch or thinner).
Cut into squares or shapes.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
💡 Tip: Roll as thin as possible—GF doughs don’t puff as much, but they crisp beautifully.
