Green Sauce
Chop the jalapeno
In a blender add coriander, ½ jalapeno, soy sauce, lemon juice, 3 garlic cloves, paprika, thyme, olive oil, oregano and cumin. Blend until everything is combined and fine
Cut the salmon in half almost all the way and fold the skin side to each other.
Let the salmon marinate in the mixture
Blend together the coriander, mint, 3 garlic cloves, scallion, lemon juice, yogurt, salt and pepper.
Bake the salmon in oil on both sides until golden and crispy
Serve with the sauce and enjoy!
