Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a skillet, cook the ground pork sausage until browned, then remove excess grease.
In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick baking mix and flour. Add very hot water and stir until dough forms.
Press the dough into a greased pizza pan, creating a crust.
Spread the cooked sausage over the crust, followed by chopped onions.
In a saucepan, combine milk, butter, salt, and pepper, and heat until thickened to create gravy. Pour the gravy over the sausage and onions.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional: Crack eggs on top of the pizza during the last few minutes of baking for a sunny-side-up option.
