Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add the chocolate chips and stir to coat.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, brown and white sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then fold in the ripe bananas.

  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepped loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely before slicing.
