Add the garlic, olive oil, rosemary and sage to a small pot and place over medium heat. Bring it up to a low simmer and simmer on low for 20-25 minutes until the garlic is soft and fork tender. Turn off the heat.
Strain the garlic through a fine mesh strainer and discard the herbs. Save the oil for your own personal use - it is delicious garlic infused oil now!
Add the garlic to a food processor and blend until smooth. Blend in the unflavored protein powder and salt until smooth.
Serve or store for up to 2 weeks in the fridge!
