Dumpling Lasagna
  1. In a bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, grated ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, chili crisp, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix until fully combined.

  2. Grab a baking dish and layer everything like lasagna. Dip each dumpling wrapper in a bowl of water before layering. Start with wrappers, add a layer of pork, then repeat wrappers and pork until all ingredients are used.

  3. Pour the chicken broth evenly over the top.

  4. Cook using one of these methods: Steam method - Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Place the baking dish inside the pot, cover, and steam for 20–23 minutes until the pork is cooked through. Oven method - Place the baking dish inside a larger dish filled with hot water, cover tightly with foil, and bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes.

  5. Top with soy sauce, chili crisp, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
