Tofu Gyros
  1. Cut tofu into long sticks. Slide cucumbers, tomatoes and wash leafy veg.

  2. For the marinade: combine soy sauce, and dried herbs including dill. Shallow-fry the tofu.

  3. Take a flatbread (pita), use tzatziki generously, layer every ingredient and wrap. Enjoy!
