Hawaiian Macaroni Salad
  1. Slice your green onions

  2. Grate your carrot and your onion

  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add your elbow macaroni

  4. Overcook your noodles about two minutes past al dente

  5. Drain the pasta and immediately toss it with your vinegar and half of your Mayo

  6. Give that a good stir and let it cool completely

  7. Once cooled, add the rest of your Mayo and your milk to a large bowl along with the grated carrot grated onion green onions, salt and plenty of black pepper

  8. Stir everything together until creamy and well combined

  9. Taste and adjust with more rice vinegar, salt or black pepper as needed

  10. Add the cooled pasta

  11. Toss to combine

  12. Let it chill for a few hours, and enjoy!
