Pesto Recipe No Pine Nuts
  1. Remove basil leaves from stems, wash and dry.

  2. In a food processor, combine basil, garlic, lemon juice, Parmesan, walnuts, salt, and pepper. Blend until combined.

  3. Slowly add olive oil while blending until smooth.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  5. Serve immediately or store with a thin layer of olive oil on top.
