Coconut Basil Lime Tofu
  1. Cube the tofu

  2. Coat the tofu in soy sauce and cornstarch

  3. Fry the tofu on all sides

  4. Make the sauce in the same pan by frying aromatics

  5. Pour in coconut milk, soy sauce, and sweetener

  6. Add optional chili powder

  7. Stir in the tofu, basil, and lime juice

  8. Add sugar snap peas

  9. Serve with rice and a wedge of lime
