Homemade Hummus
  1. In a small food processor put the garlic cloves, chickpeas, salt, tahini paste, and water.

  2. Process it for 2-3 minutes until it has a smooth texture.

  3. Spread the hummus evenly on a nice round plate.

  4. Garnish on top with: a drizzle of olive oil, pomegranate seeds, chopped parsley, and sumac.

  5. Grab a pita bread and enjoy!
