Preheat the oven to 400F.
Combine the olive oil, garlic, juice of ½ lemon, honey, mustard, paprika, cayenne, s&p and set aside.
Line a small casserole with the thin lemon slices and place the salmon on top.
Pour ½ of the sauce over the salmon and spread until well coated.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
Pour the remaining sauce over the salmon and broil for about 2 minutes more.
Remove from broiler and squeeze remaining ½ lemon on top.
Sprinkle with parsley
