Alto Cafe's chocolate brownie
  1. Heat oven to 140°C.

  2. Whisk eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.

  3. Melt butter and chocolate together, let cool.

  4. When just above room temperature, add cocoa and gluten-free flour then mix well.

  5. Add eggs and sugar.

  6. Mix well. Fold in white chocolate buttons, if using.

  7. Pour mixture into a slice tray and bake for 60 minutes.
