Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix dry ingredients: oats, almond flour, cinnamon, salt, chia seeds, and flaxseeds.
Whisk together wet ingredients: egg, coconut oil, vanilla, maple syrup.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in walnuts and chocolate.
Scoop onto baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake 10–12 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
