  3. Whisk together wet ingredients: egg, coconut oil, vanilla, maple syrup.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in walnuts and chocolate.

  5. Scoop onto baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake 10–12 minutes.

  6. Cool for 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
