Get the butter hot in a pan over medium heat.
Peel and mince the garlic.
Once your butter is melted and bubbling, add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the tomato paste, cream, and Cajun seasoning and stir with a rubber whisk or wooden spoon.
Simmer to thicken (this usually takes me 1-2 minutes but may take longer).
Continue to heat until you're happy with the consistency.
Serve warm.
