Roasted Shaved Brussels Sprouts
  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Toss the Brussels sprouts, avocado oil, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  3. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Cook for 15 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven. Stir and top with the parmesan cheese.

  6. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.

  7. Allow to cool slightly, and then transfer to a serving platter.

  8. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve.
