Chocolate Cherry Cake Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Mix eggs, cake mix, oil, milk and almond extract.

  3. Fold cherry pie filling into the batter.

  4. Pour batter into greased baking pan.

  5. Bake 30-35 minutes.

  6. For Ganache: In a small saucepan bring sugar, evaporated milk and butter to a boil for one minute.

  7. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and almond extract.

  8. Mix until smooth and pour over cake while cake and ganache are still warm.

  9. Let ganache set and cool before serving.
