5-minute Egg Fried Rice
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the rice, oyster sauce, and cooking oil. Stir to combine.

  2. Thinly slice the green onions: white parts to stir-fry and green parts to garnish.

  3. In a wok (or pan), heat the oil (1 tbsp) over medium-high heat. (If meat of choice is bacon, consider cooking it before green onions to prevent green onions burning). Once it gets nice and hot, add the white parts of the green onions. Saute for 1 minute or until fragrant.

  4. Push the green onions to the side and cook the meat of choice.

  5. Increase the heat to high. Add the rice and the egg mixture. Using a spatula, keep stirring it until most of the liquid has evaporated and every single grain is completely coated.

  6. Add the green parts of the green onions with any cooked meat of choice and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes. Place on a serving plate. Enjoy~!
