Add the nutritional yeast, tamari, apple cider vinegar, and garlic to a blender.
Slowly emulsify the vegetable oil, olive oil, and toasted sesame oil into the blender to create a creamy vinaigrette.
Optionally, add tahini to the mixture.
Adjust seasoning as needed.
Switch out vinegar for lemon, switch tamari for soy sauce, add some ginger, don't use tahini if you don't have it just replace amount with other oil
