Honey Miso Chicken With Ginger Broth & Rice
  1. Start with the broth by simmering together all the ingredients in a pot with the lid on.

  2. During this time mixed together all the chicken marinade ingredients until smooth then add in the chicken and toss until all coated. (You can do this the night before)

  3. In a pan, on medium heat, fry the chicken on both sides until golden. Keep pouring in the remaining marinade to make it sticky and saucey.

  4. During this time make the rice by adding all the ingredients to a pot, simmer on low heat until the water has evaporated and the rice is cooked and fluffy.

  5. Serve and enjoy
