Day ONE: Mix 50g all purpose flour with 50g non chlorinated water together in a glass jar. Let sit at room temp for 24hrs.
Day TWO: 24hrs later remove 20g and put in a new jar. Add 50g flour, 50g water to the new jar, stir together and let sit at room temp for another 24hrs.
Repeat these feedings every 24hrs: 50g flour, 50g water to 20g starter stir together and let sit at room temp.
Day THREE: You may start seeing bubbles. Once it is at least doubling in size after each feeding, it’s ready to make your first sourdough bread.
