Garlic Butter Steak Bites + Creamy Tomato Orzo
  1. Cut ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces

  2. Season steak with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder

  3. Cook steak on medium-high heat until preferred doneness

  4. Add garlic butter, minced garlic, and parsley to steak and toss until well coated

  5. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté white onion

  6. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic to the pan

  7. Stir in 3 tbsp tomato paste

  8. Toast 1 lb orzo for 1-2 minutes

  9. Add toasted orzo to the pan

  10. Pour in 4 cups beef stock

  11. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes

  12. Simmer until orzo is cooked

  13. Stir in 1 cup heavy cream

  14. Add 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  15. Serve steak bites over creamy tomato orzo and enjoy
