Cut ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces
Season steak with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder
Cook steak on medium-high heat until preferred doneness
Add garlic butter, minced garlic, and parsley to steak and toss until well coated
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté white onion
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic to the pan
Stir in 3 tbsp tomato paste
Toast 1 lb orzo for 1-2 minutes
Add toasted orzo to the pan
Pour in 4 cups beef stock
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes
Simmer until orzo is cooked
Stir in 1 cup heavy cream
Add 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Serve steak bites over creamy tomato orzo and enjoy
