  1. Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the mushrooms, garlic, and onion. Saute everything together for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. While the mushrooms are sauteing, make the sauce. Add the sauce ingredients to a small bowl then whisk to combine.

  3. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and toss to coat. Continue to cook another few minutes until everything is coated well in the sauce and has cooked down just a bit.

  4. Remove from heat and serve with additional parsley for garnish.
