Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, then add the onion and cook until softened.
Add the jalapeños and cook a few minutes more.
Stir in the taco seasoning to bloom it.
Add the corn and mix well.
Stir in the diced green chiles.
Add cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise and let everything melt together.
Mix in the shredded Mexican cheese until smooth and creamy.
Season with Tajín to taste.
Stir in the cotija, cilantro, and green onions.
Finish with lime juice, extra Tajín, and serve warm with tortilla chips.
