Healthy Chicken Noodle Stir Fry
  1. Season the thinly sliced chicken breast with 2 tsp sesame oil, ½ tsp salt, pepper, and paprika

  2. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat

  3. Cook the seasoned chicken until golden and cooked through, then set aside

  4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant

  5. Add the sliced white onion, red pepper, and shredded carrots, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes

  6. Add the green onions and stir-fry for another minute

  7. Return the cooked chicken to the pan

  8. Add the cooked noodles to the pan

  9. In a small bowl, mix together low sodium soy sauce, hot sauce, honey, and sweetener

  10. Pour the sauce over the noodles and chicken, toss everything together until well coated

  11. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through

  12. Serve and top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired
