Mix the broccoli florets with oil and salt, then bake at 180C/360F for 20mins.
Finely chop the romaine lettuce and add it to a bowl with the roasted broccoli.
Whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, miso paste, maple syrup, ginger powder, garlic powder, sesame oil and sesame seeds until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
