  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar and salt until smooth.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.

  3. Pour in ¼ of the batter and swirl to coat the pan.

  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until set, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.

  5. Repeat with remaining batter to make 4 crepes total.
