Vegan Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  1. Place all the ingredients in a small pot, together with 1 ½ cup of water.

  2. Place the heat on medium-high and bring to a boil, stirring frequently to avoid clumping.

  3. Cook until the sauce begins to thicken (about 3 more minutes).

  4. Pour into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

  5. Your vegan pumpkin spice syrup should last about 7 to 10 days.

  6. Make sure to give it a good shake before using!
