French Dip Sandwiches
  1. Place trimmed raise into a 5 quart slow cooker

  2. Combine soy sauce and next 6 ingredients and pour over roast.

  3. Add water to slow cooker until roast is almost covered.

  4. Cook, covered, on LOW for 7 hours or until very tender.

  5. Remove roast, reserving broth

  6. Shred roast with a fork

  7. Place roast in rolls and serve with reserved broth for dipping.
