Get a pot and put it on medium heat
Melt 4 tablespoons of butter
Add ¼ cup of flour to make a roux and combine until smooth with no lumps
Add 2 cups of milk and stir until the sauce becomes thick like Alfredo sauce
Add a whole block of cream cheese
Add all your seasonings
Add 2 cans of chopped chilies
Add 2 cups of shredded sharp white cheddar cheese and mix well
Top with diced tomato and diced jalapeno if desired
Serve and enjoy
