Crab Rangoon Dip With Wonton Chips
  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, mayo, crab meats, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, pepper and green onions. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

  2. Transfer mixture into a small baking dish of choice. Top with reserved cheese. Broil in the oven on low heat for 15-20 mins or until the top is golden.

  3. Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally to make triangles. Peel to separate.

  4. In a large saucepan or pot, heat cooking oil on medium high heat to 350F. Fry wonton wrappers for 10-20 seconds on each side until golden and crispy like a chip. Strain and set aside.

  5. Remove from oven. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and top with green onions. Serve with wonton chips and enjoy!
