Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, add peanut butter and brown sugar. Stir until completely combined.

  3. Then, add in egg, vanilla extract and baking soda. Stir to combine.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Use a cookie scoop to drop balls of dough onto lined baking pan.

  6. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until cookies are just set in the middle.

  7. Finally, remove from oven. Allow cookies to cool on pan for at least 5 minutes, or until they are cool enough to transfer to a cooling rack.
