  1. Pre heat oven to 200°C

  2. In a small oven proof dish, mix together the flour and yogurt with the seasonings (Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt)

  3. Press down and spread the dough out evenly

  4. Cook the base for 5 minutes in the oven to firm slightly

  5. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the base

  6. Sprinkle the cheese, followed by the cooked chicken and pepper

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden
