Picky Tea - Filo meat pie rolls
  1. Preheat oven to 200C fan.

  2. Brush a deep 6 hole muffin tin with a little oil spray.

  3. Place the beef mince, onion, Worcester sauce and egg in a bowl. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Brush 6 filo sheets with melted butter.

  5. Spread the mince mixture over the filo. The back of a spoon really helps here.

  6. Roll up the filo and cut the log into 6 slices. Place each slice into a muffin tin cut-side up. Spray with oil.

  7. Bake for at least 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden. Then remove and place on a baking sheet for another 5 mins and pop them back in the oven and watch them - as I always say LET THEM REST
