Kale Pesto Pasta
  1. Remove the stems from your kale and place it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

  2. Transfer the kale into cold water. This helps the sauce stay a vibrant green colour!

  3. Add to a large blender with the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour over your pasta along with some reserved pasta water.

  5. Top with vegan parm & chilli flakes and enjoy!
