Loaded Cheesy Pocket Tacos
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft

  2. Add ground beef, season with paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, cook until browned

  3. Stir in tomato sauce or salsa and simmer 5 minutes

  4. Spoon beef mixture onto tortillas, top with cheddar and mozzarella

  5. Fold tortillas into pockets and place seam-side down on a baking tray

  6. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy

  7. Cool slightly and serve hot with favorite toppings
